Shame that DNA evidence was in its infancy, had it been a few years later the jury would've found it extremely difficult to find him not guilty

Absolutely brilliant piece of TV

I think the documentary shows very well how or why he got off

Re: OJ Made In America
He got off because the prosecution royally fucked up. Forget Furman, (as the real bulk of those tapes weren't played to the jury) they allowed seeds of doubt to be planted in the jury's mind which no matter how small, is all they needed.

I was amazed at that and then amused at the country club group dropping him that quickly!

That big fat black guy with the high pitched voice, credit to his loyalty but what a prize cunt he came across as.

Re: OJ Made In America
Personally i was amazed at the black 'community' rallying around a black man that quite obviously couldn't give a fuck about black people. An Oreo if ever there was one.

Re: OJ Made In America
very true cough, its all about the money

what was interesting about the doc was the way he came across as such a decent bloke, great team mate, would stand for hours signing autographs yet towards the end of the doc you hear people say he was extremely jealous of everybody

the agent's another who comes out of the doc very badly. I did like the black copper who at one time was his friend, I admired him for testifying after seeing photos of the murder scenes, even if it didn't help convinct the cunt

Re: OJ Made In America
Got off because the jury ignored the evidence and believed the character assassination of Fuhrman!

Also get back for the Rodney King beating

The authorities got Simpson in the end though kidnapping? Yeah course it was. I would have liked the programme makers to revisit that parole hearing that they showed at the beginning, it seemed like they were fucking with him about the murder arrest!

He could be out this year I'll have to get ' If I Did It' next time I'm in Waterstones!

Simpsons own words to his agent ' if she didn't answer the door with the knife in her hand she'd still be alive'

true cough, no doubt if jimmy saville had been born in america and gone in trial, he'd happily have defended him too

Re: OJ Made In America
Judging by what that old lady juror said, anyone could have got an acquittal. Even a school drop out with no education.

Re: OJ Made In America
Say what you like but Cochran got the bloke off, he did what he was paid to do

Takashi Miike 10:34 Thu Mar 16
Re: OJ Made In America
the murders could have easily been avoided if the LAPD had arrested him on the numerous times he gave Nicole a good hiding, they were accomplices in the two murders allowing the cunt to do what he wanted with no rules

Re: OJ Made In America
Swings and roundabouts for black Americans I guess.
If you are celeb you can get away with murder (OJ) or being a nonce (Michael Jackson) but if you are a nobody the police are going to even it up.

Re: OJ Made In America
Yep - the kind of 'hey, I'm just doing my job' cunt that I absolutely fucking despise.

I'm not sure I could swallow any amount of money to help a murderer get an acquittal. They must all have known he was guilty.

Scheck is the other one I disliked. absolute fucking bullshitter extraordinaire

Re: OJ Made In America
He really should have been called out for that. All about 'the win' though. Cunts.

Still think the Shapiro bit at the end of the trial was one of the high points. Watched an interview with him recently and think he's genuinely remorseful of how it went.
